I take three Qigong classes a week at the Ocean Leisure Club in Seahouses, Northumberland.

Be sure to book a space! Classes are open to non-members for £9.00 a class.

Wednesday at 7:15 - 8:05pm

Thursday at 10:45 - 11:35am

Sunday at 10 - 10:50am
